Features Renata Tebaldi as Maddalena, José Soler as Andrea Chénier, and Ugo Savarese as Carlo Gérard, with the Symphony Orchestra Of Torino Della Radio-Televisione Italiana and Cetra Chorus conducted by Arturo Basile. The underlying performance was recorded in Turin in 1953 and later issued in this two-record Cetra Everest edition.
